Are you ready for this? I got almost sad finishing this wedding up. We are so excited to see our friends get married and being able to share and document their day. It was so fun and full of laughs.

What is a Proof Book?

In all my wedding packages, I include a Proof Book. Many people ask what this is so I thought I would show you!

Basically, it is a spiral bound album with thumbnails of all your wedding pictures. This is given to you so you can have all your pictures in one place ...something tangible. But, its main purpose is to make it easier for you to choose what pictures you want in your wedding album. Brides find it hard to scroll through hundreds of pictures on line, so this is very helpful. You can even circle pictures or write in it if you want.

These wedding pictures were taken by the Very talented Dana Grant when I called on her to cover a wedding for me. I was super sick after Africa and she came to my rescue! I knew I called on the right photographer.... look at her wedding post HERE!

Matt & Lori wedding - Getting Ready

I am going to break this wedding up in multiple posts for 3 reasons:

#1 These are my friends and I know there are a lot of people wanting to see the most pictures possible.

#2. I love so many of them, having a hard time limiting the amount to share on the blog.

#3. Because of our adoption, we have not done many weddings in the past few months. This will give a good taste of a full wedding for potential clients to check out.

Lori was a very calm and pleasant bride. She smiled often and looked stunning on her wedding day. I loved her make up, hair , dress, and meaningful details she added to her day.

I had to get in there too... :)

I know many are waiting for this wedding post.... and it is coming very soon. BUT... there were so many pictures I loved during their first look that I wanted to make a post about this alone.

Matt and Lori decided to see each other before their wedding and you all know I favor this as you can read about HERE. Look at all these amazing moments we got!

Lori looked amazing and I was so excited for Matt to get to see her. I loved all the moments and looks they shared when they got their first glimpse of each other. So sweet.....
