Darrin & Sandra - Wedding

After shooting two engagement sessions and a dinner rehearsal, we were so excited to finally shoot Darrin and Sandra's wedding. It did not disappoint! I showed up feeling like old friends with Sandra and was determined not to let any detail I know she planned pass my eye.

While I was shooting Sandra before the wedding, Jonathan was shooting Darrin

 

Then we headed to the ceremony location which was the classic Bowers Museum .

Darrin and Sandra, thank you for choosing us to capture your day! Thank you for making it such a nice night for us too. We enjoyed you, your family and friends. I laughed a lot that night! We wish you the happiest future.

 

Darrin & Sandra Dinner Party

This last Wednesday was Darrin and Sandra's wedding rehearsal. Sandra wanted us to come by and take some pictures at their after party at the very cool Memphis in down town Santa Ana. It was mostly family group shots and pictures of the family visiting, but we managed to get some cool shots of the location and random details I thought you might like...

All the dope outside shots are by my hubby, of course....

 

 

  

   

 

We shot their wedding on Friday, so I will be posting that too! It was beautiful.

Baby Owen

Owen's mommy has Lupus and he had to be born 29 weeks premature. He was 1lb 14oz and 13 inches long when born. He had heart surgery when he was 5 weeks old!! This little man and family has been through so much is such a short period of time.

I am so happy to share he is 3 months old, at home and weighing a whopping 6lb 4oz!!

I had to share this...those of you know how tiny new born diapers are right? The one to the left is what he wore when he was in the hospital, I swear it was like the size of a band aid. Too cute.

  

Owen's family is going to dress up in a Wizard of Oz theme this year. His grandma hand made him a little lion outfit that he HAD to put on for me. I almost  cried it was too darn cute.

He was not digging it at first...rooooooooooaaaar!

 

Then he realized how warm and cozy it was and settled right in. 

  

 

Okay little man...you keep getting big and strong for your mommy and daddy!
